Key Account Manager
As Key Account Manager your main task is to keep our customers happy and to maximize the potential of our game portfolio and grow the revenue base. You will be responsible for the commercial and operational relationship with our customers. The ideal candidate is driven, has developed commercial thinking, enjoys a dynamic work environment and has previous experience from a similar role.
- Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with assigned accounts and delivery of agreed budget
- Identifying and targeting opportunities for revenue growth within each account
- Ensuring that new games are launched, marketed and promoted
- At all times ensure that the Slotmill game portfolio is given optimum exposure and focus within each account
- Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision makers within each account
- Continuously work with the accounts to gain insight in product performance, complete regular review meetings and feed information back to the Slotmill organization.
- Monitor, analyze and report performance on a monthly basis to Head of Accounts and key stakeholders within Slotmill
- Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to iGaming Operators
- Contribute to Slotmill’s strategic planning by representing the accounts interests internally
- Minimum of two years’ experience from similar role
- Goal oriented and quality focused
- Excellent social- and communication skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, additional languages an advantage
- Self-driven /motivated overachiever
- Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets
- Commercial mindset
- Service minded
- Based in Malta
