About this role
Slotmill is looking for a Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will hold the global responsibility for all aspects of marketing, developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic marketing plan across all channels and parts of the funnel. As Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in the future growth and development of our company. You need to be a doer, a problem solver and have an analytical mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment and have previous experience from a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a strategic marketing plan with the objective to successfully strengthen the Slotmill brand in both B2B and B2C.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and partners within the marketing space,
  • Full ownership of all key digital marketing channels such as SEO, Affiliation, Paid & Organic Social Media as well as sponsorships and CRM
  • Owning the marketing budget and hitting growth targets focusing on profitability/ROI
  • Ideate, monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns across both traditional- and Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook).
  • Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing marketing activities through data-driven insights.
  • PR – writing and distributing press releases.
  • Manage and optimize current partnerships and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product management and the Data & BI team to maintain a detailed view on product roadmap and releases.
  • Ensure all marketing and advertising activities are fully compliant with relevant gambling legislation.
  • Planning, project management and execution of events.


  • Proficient in English
  • At least 5 years of experience in the gambling industry in similar roles
  • Proven experience in setting up and growing customer acquisition, retention, and brand programs.
  • Be commercially and analytically minded, using both quantitative and qualitative data sources to drive decisions to successfully generate results.
  • ‘Big-picture’ marketing expert, mindful of the whole customer path from awareness to advocacy, but you must be able to roll up your sleeves and actively manage campaigns.
  • A doer that makes things happen.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and comfortable dealing with fast paced / start-up environments.
  • Strong social- and communication skills
  • Self-driven /motivated overachiever
  • Passionate, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build trust.
