Slotmill was founded in 2019 and is a game studio with an articulated focus on developing unique- and innovative slot games of the highest quality. Our client list is growing rapidly and includes well over 600 online casinos around the world. About this role
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing slot games from idea generation to release. You will work closely with the mathematician to create an optimum math model as well as with the development team to ensure that the end product aligns with the product specification. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role and a deep understanding of our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for our slot games portfolio
• Continuous market research and competitor analysis, analyzing products and industry trends to ensure our products remain cutting edge.
• Game ideation and prototyping.
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, mathematicians, marketing, account managers, and third-party providers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party suppliers, cert labs and regulatory bodies.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our products’ success and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Project management, resource coordination, and planning

 Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Minimum four years experience in a similar role with a demonstrable successful track record.
• Experience in developing- and executing product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to question the norm.
• Excellent project management skills, with a multi-tasking ability.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrable ability to make sound- and well-grounded decisions rapidly.
• Strong social- and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with- and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong drive for meeting and exceeding targets.
