About this role

As Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will be the technical contact interface between our organization and customers. The role entails a wide range of responsibilities. You will be supporting our customers through the entire integration lifecycle and

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting-up and configuring customer environments.
  • Ongoing integration support and testing.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues.
  • Handling customer feature and configuration requests.
  • Supporting our commercial team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English.
  • ~3+ years experience from a similar role.
  • Experience with APIs
  • Strong project management skills and multi-tasking ability.
  • Team player with good social skills.
  • Comfortable with interacting with customers via video calls.
  • Self-driven / motivated overachiever.
  • You are service-minded and take pride in delivering excellence.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrable ability to rapidly make sound- and well-grounded decisions.
